Hiisi bed

Hekku Design Hiisi is a high-quality and durable birch plywood dog bed with a soft mattress, designed in Finland and handcrafted.

The bed, made from natural materials, has a domestic and ecological surface treatment that is safe for pets. The mattress is sewn from extremely durable upholstery fabric (Martindale rating 40,000); the material is extremely comfortable and warm.

The mattress inner cushion is water- and dirt-repellent, and also antibacterial. The mattress filling is ball fiber batting made from 100% recycled PET bottles (recycled polyester).

Hekku Design is a Finnish company that manufactures functional and timeless pet products that are easy to combine, modify, and complement. All their products are designed and manufactured locally in Finland.

The product is made to order, and the delivery time is approximately 1 - 3 weeks.

Size guide:

• XS size is well suited for small dogs (e.g. chihuahua) or cats. The bed size is 38 x 33 x 12 cm.
• M size is well suited for medium-sized dogs (e.g. cocker spaniel) or cats. The bed size is 69 x 45 x 18 cm.
• L size is well suited for large dogs (e.g. dalmatian) or for several smaller dogs or a cat as a “shared bed”. The bed size is 95 x 60 x 18 cm.

Care instructions:

• If needed, the removable mattress cover and the separate inner cushion can be machine washed at 40 degrees.
