Purpose of personal data processing
Personal data is used to manage and maintain the customer relationship of the customer registered in the Muotitastu online store, develop and manage the online store, customer communication and marketing. The personal data contained in the register can be used for Muotitastu's advertising, direct marketing, including electronic direct marketing, distance sales and market and opinion surveys.

Data content of the register
The register contains the following information:
• Person's first and last name
• Email address
• Local and postal address
• Telephone number
• Order history
• Order tracking information
The permission given by the customer to send marketing communications is recorded in the register.

Regular sources of information
Contact information is saved when the customer registers. Other information is saved when the customer makes purchases in the online store. The administrator of the register does not disclose information to external parties.

Data transfer

Muotitassudoes not disclose customer information to external parties.
In connection with order transactions, information is transferred to the payment service provider (Checkout - Klarna, Shopify Pay) for the execution of orders-related payments.

The right of inspection and the right to demand correction of information

A person in the register has the right to check his/her information stored in the register and to demand the correction of any incorrect information or the completion of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored about him or demand corrections, the request should be sent in writing to the controller (info@muotitassu.fi). If necessary, the registrar may ask the requester to prove his identity.
