Where is this seat belt system installed?
Click & Safety is designed specifically for use in the DogStyler Trunkbed cargo-bed. The belt attaches to the integrated fasteners of the cargo-bed and at the other end to the dog's harness (sold separately).
What size is suitable for my dog?
S is suitable for small and medium-sized dogs (e.g., pug, cocker spaniel, jack russell). M/L is suitable for medium and large dogs (shepherd dogs, retrievers, boxer). The belt is adjustable, so one size covers a wide size range.
Is the belt crash-tested?
The Click & Safety belt system is designed to meet the safety requirements of the cargo area. It does not replace the auto community's tested H-type harnesses in ISOFIX seats, but it complements travel in the cargo area. Read more in our guide: Dog safety in the car.
Do I need separate harnesses?
Yes. Click & Safety is a belt that attaches to the dog's harness. We recommend a strong Y- or H-type harness, not a collar.
Can multiple dogs be attached in the same cargo area?
Yes. Click & Safety Additional is an additional belt for a second dog in the same DogStyler Trunkbed. This allows two dogs to be attached safely.
How do I quickly detach the belt?
Click & Safety has a quick-release buckle, allowing the belt to be detached with one hand. This is important in emergencies.
