Brush the coat gently before washing. Larger tangles should be carefully removed with scissors, and smaller ones using refresh+detangle conditioning spray and a comb. Cuddle+care shampoo can be used as is, or diluted at a maximum ratio of 15:1. Wet the coat with warm water and gently massage the mixture into the coat. Avoid getting the substance in the eyes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Dry with a towel and finish with refresh+detangle conditioning spray.
