Always notify the return address in advance palautukset@muotitassu.fi your return will be processed within 7 days of its arrival to us. Failure to pick up the order is not considered cancellation of the order. We charge actual costs for unclaimed packages, but at least €15.

All of our products have a full 14-day exchange and return right from receipt of the order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If you want to cancel the purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once we have processed your return request, you have 14 days to return the product to us. The product to be returned must be unused, unwashed, hairless, in the original packaging and any tags and stickers still attached. The product or products must be in a salable condition.

PLEASE NOTE, that the return of our product is chargeable unless otherwise agreed.

You can return part or all of the products to us by requesting a return ID. Remember to take a receipt for the return, so that we can ensure your share in case of package loss. We reserve the right to charge the processing and return costs for returns.
