Configuration:

• The InnoPet bicycle trailer hitch must be installed on the rear axle of the bicycle
• The diameter of the rear axle must not exceed 10 mm.
• Ensure that the rear axle bolt can be loosened to attach the connector.
• InnoPet does not have fasteners, adapters, or connectors in alternative sizes.

Electric bicycles:

• InnoPet does not recommend using our bicycle trailers with an electric bike.
• The recommended maximum speed for bicycle trailers is 16 km/h, which can easily be exceeded with an electric bike.
• Customers who still wish to use the InnoPet bike trailer with an electric bike should be aware that when the motor is on the rear axle of the bicycle, the connector cannot be installed on the bicycle in most cases.
